Black Grouse Displays

I enjoyed this fantastic display with my friend last week in Paltamo, Kainuu, Finland. There were  eighteen cocks and seven hens.  We set up our hide a couple of nights before, and were shooting from a distance of about  fifty meters. We entered the hide at 3:30 and the show lasted  about three hours.

      We were lucky on the final day of our trip. The days before were wet and foggy.
