Midsummer night in Savonlinna
click…click
In Finland summer is short and usually pretty cool. Finns get crazy about midsummer having parties through the longest day when it does not get dark. It is usual to burn big bonfires like in the pic. The castle behind is Olavinlinna where is held every summer Savonlinna Opera Festival.
Looks like a lovely setting for a big bonfire and a party.
